Z02-01 FLEXIBLE VINYL(PVC)

Adhesion is spoiled if the plastisizer floats on the surface. Wipe it away with alcohol before print.

Z02-02 RIGID VINYL (PVC)

There are many inks which adhere to rigid vinyl. Proper ink should be chosen taking the applications or desirable finish into consideration. As the heat resistance of the substrate is not good(50°C)(122°F), avoid heat drying.

   Ink film is thick. Suitable for displays/POP. Low odor.
2. H-SERIES HALFTONE
   Outstanding transparency. Ink film is flexible. Standard drying type and slow drying type are available.
3. MATT VINYL
   Matt. Fast drying. Fluorescent & halftone inks are available.
4. RC GA 41
   Hard ink film. High gloss. Chemical resistance is good.
5. RC M 47
   Matt. Good printability. Reasonable price with high quality.
6. RC LP 47
   Reasonable price with high quality.

Z02-03F VINYL STICKERS

Some vinyl stickers require long-term weathering resistance(several years by outdoor exposure).

Printers are advised to pay attention to choose the suitable ink.
