Z06-01 TREATED POLYETHYLENE / TREATED POLYPROPYLENE (TREATED PE / TREATED PP)

Polyolefine plastics. Sheets or molded matters are often used as the substrates. They are difficult materials to adhere. As ink does not adhere to untreated materials, it is essential to treat the surface before print. The treatments are corona discharge, flame or primer-coating.

LIST

  1. #5600 OPS solvent based
OPS adheres to some kind of untreated PP as well as treated PP.
  2. #2000 AP heat cure
Two-component. Suitable for treated PP sheets and treated PE molded materials. Excellent properties.
  3. RC CPO 63 UV
Excellent printability with cylinder press. For treated PP sheets.
  4. PEP-Z(HV) UV
Excellent in flexibility and chemical resistance. Designed for treated PE/PP containers.
  5. PEP-G UV
The price is lower than PEP-Z(HV) despite almost the same properties. Designed for treated PE/PP containers.

Z06-02 TREATED POLYACETAL (POM, DURACON)

Polyacetal is the most difficult material in polyolefin plastics. Baking is necessary as well as pre-treatment to obtain good adhesion.

LIST

  1. #5600 OPS solvent based
    Add hardener JA-950(10%). Baking : 120°C(248°F) 15-30min.
