Z10-01 COATED PLASTICS / COATED WOOD

Choose the suitable ink series depending on the substrates. There are many inks which adhere to lacquer-coated surface. If the solvent resistance of the material is poor, the ink with weak solvent, such as #600 VAC COLOR, is recommendable.

LIST

1. #600 VAC COLOR
   Ink film is thick. Printable on prepaid cards. Low odor. Weak solvent is used.
2. #700 SP
   Printable on urethane-coated materials. Adhesion is improved by adding JA-950(10%).

Z10-02 COATED METAL (INCLUDING COLORED ZINC)

Ordinal evaporative-drying type of ink does not adhere to this substrate. Choose the suitable ink when the weathering resistance is required due to outdoor use.

LIST

1. #1000 EPILITE
   Two-component. Ink film is thick. Weathering resistance is poor.
2. #2000 AP
   Two-component. Good weathering resistance.
3. APG
   Two-component. Superior weathering resistance.
4. #2500 MIG-N(SD)
   One-component heat-drying ink. Baking : 150°C(302°F) 30min. Good weathering resistance.
