Some of our products have (HL) in the color name. We guarantee that these products comply with the following halogen regulations. In addition, some products that do not have (HL) are suitable.

The upper part of the curing condition column is the integrated light intensity value (unit: mJ / cm2), and the lower part is the conveyor speed (unit: m / min). The lamps are metal halide lamps 120W / cm, 1 lamp, peak intensity 0.8-1.2W / cm2, and irradiation distance 10cm (focal length). (6100SL uses 80W / cm lamp)
Curing conditions vary depending on the type and color of the printing substrate. Please see the curing conditions in the above table as a guide. Also, the integrated light intensity value may change significantly depending on the manufacturer and product type of the light intensity meter, so please refer to it as a guide.

PEP-G has been abolished in Japan, but it is produced and sold at Jujo Chemical Thailand.
