RC DVD SERIES

PREFAC

RC DVD SERIES is designed for label printing of DVD(digital video discs). As the shrinkage rate is very low, the ink does not spoil the efficiencies of DVD. Ink film is hard and adhesion is good. DVD SERIES can be used for CDs.

CHARACTERISTICS

• Suitable for high-speed printing.
• Excellent chemical resistance such as acid/alkali resistance.
• Ink film is very hard and resistant to abrasion.
• Low skin irritation(P.I.I.). Easy to handle.

HOW TO USE

1. The ink is supplied in ready-to-use condition. Add CLEAR to adjust density. Add REDUCER to adjust viscosity.
2. Do not mix with other UV curable inks.
3. Standard curing conditions: (These conditions change depending on the colors.)
   One metal halide lamp 120W/cm, Integral light : approx.300mJ/cm²
4. Mesh : 300-420 meshes/inch

COLOR RANGE

F-27 white, 13 lemon yellow, 14 deep yellow, 28 orange, 06 bright red, 08 red, 18 geranium, 16 pink, 25 violet, 45 deep blue, 46 blue, 85 marine blue, 75 green, 582 black, 00 clear

PRECAUTIONS

1. Avoid skin contact. Wash the ink away immediately with soup and water in case of skin contact.
2. Store the ink in a cool and dark place avoiding direct sunshine. The ink may gel if stored in a hot place where the temperature is over 30°C(86°F).
3. Stir well before use.
4. Please refer to MSDS before use.
5. Be sure to do trial print before commercial run to confirm that the product fits the purposes.
