PRECAUTIONS
- Please refer to the literature "UV INK" for genral precautions for UV ink.
- Please refer to MSDS before use.
- In case of insert-moulding, use binder ink.
B-2 BINDER is recommended when the injected resin is ABS.
It is recommended to print G-2S BINDER after printing B-2 BINDER when the resin is PC.
Please print A-5 BINDER after printing B-2 BINDER when the resin is PMMA.
Dilute IMD BINDER INK with PC thinner of 10-30 % by weight. Recommended mesh count is 200/inch. Dry the binder at 70-80°C(158-176°F) for 1 hour. - When aluminum paste is addd to make metallic color, use JA grade of aluminum paste designed for UV ink. If other type of aluminum paste is used, the pot life of the mixture will be short.
- Choose RC PF 42 series instead of UIM 62 series when matt finish is required, although PF 42 series is inferior to UIM 62 series in post-processability.
- Be sure to do trial print before commercial run to confirm that the product fits the purposes.
