RC PES-B(LED) INK
RC PES-B (LED) is UV curing type of ink for treated PET containers. It cures with UV-LED lamp as well and produces excellent finish.
Recommended Substrates
polyester, treated PET, treated PET containers,
amorphous PET, A-PET, PET-G.
Features
-Suitable for multi-layer printing and good chemical resistance
-Glossy finish with excellent scratch resistance.
-Curable with normal UV lamp.

How to use
-Treat the substrate so that wettability becomes more than 60mN/m (=60 dyn/cm).
-The sufficient adhesion may not be obtained if wettability is degraded. Please treat the substrate again in that case.
-Add PES-B REDUCER within 10% to lower the viscosity.
-Add JAR-18 by 1-3% to improve adhesion.
-Add JAR-8 or JAR-15 to improve curing.
-Pot life after adding additive is normally 8-12 hours.
-In case of adding additive, stir the mixture carefully so that no additive remains around the container or spatula.
-As uneven printing may occur immediately after addition, let the mixture stand for about 20 minutes before printing.
-Please use the mixture checking if the proper adhesion is obtained.
-Mesh: 350 meshes
-Thickness of sol : less than 10μm

-Curing (degree of polymerization) with UV-LED may be slightly inferior to that with metal halide lamp.
