PC LPEP INK

RC LPEP is a UV-LED curing type of ink with glossy finish for flame-treated PE and PP bottles. It has excellent curing properties and is ideal for high-speed printing. All colors comply with EN71-3.

Properties

  • Good curing properties make high-speed printing possible.
  • Hard ink film makes it less likely to be scarred.
  • Fine patterns can be reproduced.
  • Does not contain harmful substances such as heavy metals and N-vinylpyrrolidone.
  • All colors comply with EN71-3 (European toy safety standard).

How To Use

  • Stir the ink well before use.
  • Add PEP-Z(HV) reducer within 10% to lower the viscosity.
  • Add JAR-18 by 1-3% to improve adhesion. The mixture of JAR-18 and ink has pot life.
    Pot life is normally 8-12 hours.
    In case of using JAR-18, stir it carefully with ink with spatula so that no additive remains around the container. As uneven printing may occur immediately after addition, let the mixture stand for about 20 minutes befor printing.
    Please use the mixture checking if the proper adhesion is obtained.
  • Curing properties (degree of polymerization) may be slightly inferior to that of the ink cured with metal halide lamp.
  • Mesh:polyester 300-350 meshes
  • Thickness of sol:less than 10μm
  • Coverage:70-90m²/kg
