Ink SCREEN PRINTING INK
NOS INK
NOS INK is ink series of non-silicone type with gloss finish, which printability and whether resistance is excellent.
It is also suitable for not only stickers of car exterior, but the other purposes that higher whether resistance ability is required.
Processing with OVER COAT CLEAR improves glossiness and whether resistance.
Applications Usage
Printing on flexible vinyl, rigid vinyl, vinyl stickers, ABS, acrylic board, treated PET, Polycarbonate, paper.
How To Use
<Standard colors>
Dilute the ink with PC THINNER (standard drying, slow drying, retarder).
Use our VINYL CLEANING THINNER for washing up.
200-300 meshes are recommended.
JA-OK1 is also recommended for an additive of leveling.
Recommended mixing ratio of JA-OK1 is 3-5 parts to 100 parts of ink.
<Over Coat Clear>
(for general purpose)
UV curing type ink : JELCON TR-DECAL OCC
Mixing before using, and print without diluting.
Use our VINYL CLEANING THINNER for washing up.
200-300 meshes are recommended.
(for purpose whether resistance required)
2-components type solvent ink : JELCON CR-7 OCC、JELCON CR-Y OCC
Add 10-15 parts of JA-950 to 100 parts of the ink. And dilute the ink with PC THINNER.
Use our VINYL CLEANING THINNER for washing up.
100-225 meshes are recommended.
Drying
<Standard colors>
NOS INK dries at room temperature.
Drying time is shortened by forced drying (ex. jet dryer).
<Over Coat Clear>
JELCON TR-DECAL OCC
1 metal halide lamp 120W/cm,
Integral light : approx. 250 mJ/cm2
Irradiation distance: 10cm
JELCON CR-7 OCC、JELCON CR-Y OCC
Standard drying condition is 60℃ 60 minutes. But it dries under lower temperature, with longer drying time.

Precautions
- These value above are not guaranteed ones, but test results.
- Weather resistance depends on color. Whether resistance of Smoke or light colors is lower than standard colors.
02 YELLOW, 03 LEMON YELLOW and 17 GERANIUM are not “Lightfast” colors.
Lightfast colors(lightfast grades: 7-8) should be chosen for the applications that require excellent lightfastness such as automotive stickers.
