Insulating ink, JELCON AC-3G, is printed on conductive ink in the print of membrane switches.
Spacer ink is printed on AC-3G.

• Insulating properties and heat resistance are good.
• Good adhesion to polyester film.

1. JELCON AC-3G is supplied in ready-to-use condition.
2. Add TETRON THINNER(standard drying or slow drying) by 5-20 % if viscosity needs to be adjusted.
3. Add TETRON RETARDER or PET RETARDER when slower drying is required.

As JELCON AC-3G is designed to dry slowly in order to avoid clogging. Heat drying is essential. Ink diluted with 5% TETRON THINNER SLOW DRYING TYPE. 225 meshes/inch.

1. 50°C(122°F) hot wind, wind speed 10m/sec : Approx. 100 sec.(tack-free)
2. 80°C(176°F) hot wind, wind speed 10m/sec : Approx. 50 sec.(tack-free)
3. 120°C(248°F) infrared ray : Approx. 110 sec.(complete drying)

Photo-stencil of 200-300 meshes/inch is recommended. Use our VINYL CLEANING THINNER.

AC-3G(green) and AC-3B(blue) are available. Other colors are costomeried under the condition of minimum 20 kgs. 1-kg-can or 15-kg-drum
