APPLICATION
Tempered glass, glass, metal (such as aluminum)
CHARACTERISTICS
- Excellent adhesion to tempered glass, glass and metal (such as aluminum).
- Ink film is tough and resistant to abrasion and chemicals.
- Safe to handle due to its low skin irritation.
HOW TO USE
GM series adheres to tempered glass, glass and metal without pre-treatment.
It is recommended to use flame-treatment when the sufficient adhesion cannot be obtained.
Adhesion can be improved by heating after print(120-150 degree Celsius x approx.10 minutes)
when no treatment can be applied.
Add additive JAR-50 by 5% and stir well before use. The pot life of the mixture is approx.4-6
hours under 25 degrees Celsius. Add Reducer up to 5% to lower the viscosity.
CURING CONDITIONS
- Lamp power : 120W/cm (one metal halide lamp)
- Irradiation distance (Distance from the focus) : 10 cm
- Conveyor speed : 2-5m/min(integral light 500-1200mJ/cm²)
- Cooling system : Air-cooling or water-cooling
COLOR RANGE
White, Opaque white, Lemon yellow, Deep yellow, Orange, Bright red, Red, Geranium, Pink,
Violet, Deep blue, Blue, Green, Marine blue, Black, Clear

- The adhesion depends on the type and color of the substrate. Please be sure to test
