JELCON IN-15C-1
JELCON IN-15C-1 is UV curable one-component type of insulating inks which is designed for the print circuits of membrane switches.
The flexibility of IN-15C-1 is better than that of IN-15C
CHARACTERISTICS
- Excellent insulating properties. (resistance:≧1013Ω)
- One component type. Fast cure with UV.
- Excellent adhesion and flexibility.
- Good levelling. Few pin holes appear.
- The influence on silver circuits and the increase in resistance are small
- Stable on screen. Printability including reproducibility is good.
- Skin irritation is low. Safe to handle.
- Designed especially for insulating coating of print circuits of treated polyester film.
- Non-silicone type.
RECOMMENDED SUBSTRATES
polyester, untreated PET, PET film, PET print circuits, treated PET,
treated PET film.

(temperature of the ink : 25℃)
HOW TO USE
- Ink is supplied in readytouse condition. Stir well before use.
- The viscosity changes depending on the temperature.
- Adjust viscosity by adding IN REDUCER up to 5% in order to obtain the specified thickness of the ink film.
- Mesh recommended:Use 180200 meshes (Recommended thickness of ink film : Approx.1620 μm).
- Use our VINYL CLEANING THINNER for washing up
CURING
Curing conditions change depending on the substrates:
Metal halide lamp 120 W/cm, one lamp, Distance from focus : 10 cm
Conveyor speed : 68 m/min (Integral light : approx.350450 mJ/cm2)
Cooling : air cooling
