1. Ink is supplied in ready­to­use condition. Stir well before use.
2. The viscosity changes depending on the temperature.
3. Adjust viscosity by adding IN REDUCER up to 5% in order to obtain the specified thickness of the ink film.
4. Mesh recommended:Use 180­200 meshes (Recommended thickness of ink film : Approx.16­20 μm).
5. Use our VINYL CLEANING THINNER for washing up

Curing conditions change depending on the substrates:

Metal halide lamp 120 W/cm, one lamp, Distance from focus : 10 cm

Conveyor speed : 6­8 m/min (Integral light : approx.350­450 mJ/cm^２)

Cooling : air cooling
