APPLICATIONS
Paper, treated PET film, polycarbonate, flame-treated PE/PP moulded matters, corona-discharged PE/PP moulded matters, corona-discharged PE/PP sheets
CHARACTERISTICS
- Fast curing. Excellent blocking resistance when the printed matters are stacked.
- Gloss finish. Good levelling.
- Excellent abrasion resistance.
- No harmful materials such as heavy metal and N-Vinyl Pyrrolidone are contained
HOW TO USE
- Ink is supplied in ready-to-use condition. Stir well before use.
- Add 43-00 REDUCER up to 10% if it is necessary to lower viscosity.
- Standard curing conditions: (These conditions change depending on the substrate.)
Mesh : Polyester 350 meshes/inch (thickness of sol: less than 10microns)
One metal halide lamp 120W/cm, Distance from focus : 10 cm
Conveyor speed : 20 m/min (Integral light : 120 mJ/cm²)
Cooling : Water cooling or air cooling.

Approx. 70-90 m²/kg
