2-component reaction

3600 SERIES IIM INK is two-component and super-slow drying type ink, designed for printing on industrial clusters, nameplates.

It forms cured film with good heat resistance and flexibility.

Properties

・ Printed film is flexible and tough, which brings excellent followability at forming.

・ Clogging is difficult to occur. And printability is excellent.

・ Cracking in substrate is difficult to occur, adhesion is excellent.

・ Film physical property after drying is excellent.

Applications Usage

Printing on Speedometers of polycarbonate for automotive, industrial clusters, nameplates etc.

How To Use

Add hardener (JA-930) of 5 parts or hardener (JA-970 of 10 parts to ink of 100 parts.

Dilute with PC THINNER by 10-20%, chosen from STANDARD DRYING, SLOW DRYING, RETARDER and SPECIAL RETARDER.

Pot-life:    Case of JA-930:  about 6-8 hours at room temperature

                     Case of JA-970:  about 3-4 hours at room temperature

Please note that using JA-970 gives tough film, but its formability will decline.

 

 

Drying

Longer than 60 minutes in 100℃.
