Properties
Good gloss & opacity. Slow drying.
TYPE OF INK
Evaporative drying type. Gloss finish.
APPLICATIONS
Plastics such as nylon, polyester, polycarbonate, rigid vinyl, ABS. Plastic-coated materials and wooden products. G SERIES can be used for golf balls, metal such as aluminum and primed metal by adding Hardener.
CHARACTERISTICS
Ink film is thick and glossy. Excellent printability. Adhesion is improved by Hardener.
HOW TO USE
| Thinner | Use E THINNER or NT THINNER(fast drying, standard drying, slow drying)by 10-30%. Stir well before use. |
| Hardener | JA-960(standard) and JA-950(slow reaction, no yellowing) improve adhesion and properties. Adding ratio is 10%. Pot life of the mixture is 4-6 hours. |
| Drying | Ink dries by 24-hour-drying at room temperature when no Hardener is used. It takes approx. 1 week before obtaining properties when Hardener(JA-960) is added. |
| Washing | Use our #10 CLEANING THINNER. |

CUSTOMIZED COLORS
35 sky blue, EXO white, EXO yellow, EXO orange, EXO red, transparent yellow, transparent red, etc.
TYPE OF PACKING
Ink : 1kg can.
Hardener : 0.1kg bottle.
Thinner : 1kg can.
