INTRODUCTIONS
MATT VINYL is matt-finish ink with high quality and low price. All colors are conformed to EN71-3(European safety standard for toys).
APPLICATIONS
Flexible vinyl, rigid vinyl, vinyl stickers. ABS, Polycarbonate, Lexan film.
CHARACTERISTICS
- Ink film dries fast and printability is good. Finish is level and matt.
- Excellent adhesion.
- Good resistance to oil, alcohol, gasoline and chemicals.
- Blocking resistance is good.
- All colors are conformed to EN71-3.
HOW TO USE
Dilute the ink with VINYL THINNER(fast drying, standard drying or slow drying).
DRYING
VINI-MATT INK is diluted with VINYL THINNER(standard drying) and printed on flexible vinyl. Tack-free time : 25°C(77°F)-approx. 2-3 minutes.
STENCIL & WASHING UP
Use photo-stencil. Use our #10 THINNER for washing up.
COLOR RANGE & TYPE OF PACKING
Standard 27 colors. 1-kg-can.
PRECAUTIONS
- The lightfastness varies depending on the color. Choose the proper color to meet your application. Please refer to the list of lightfastness for the data of each color.
- The color shades are as per our color guide(gloss),1995 version.
- Use SSP THINNER (standard drying) when the substrate is polycarbonate in order to prevent crack.
- MATT VINYL INK can be mixed with vinyl inks such as VINI-MATT HALFTONE INK.
- Please refer to MSDS before use.
- Be sure to do trial print before commercial run to confirm that the product fits the purposes.

- Lightfastness changes depending on coating thickness and the purpose for which the printed matters are used. The value above was gained from lab test of exposing the printed matter to the south at 45 degrees. The value does not imply any guarantee.
- The value above is for dark colors. The lightfastness of pale colors is inferior to them.
- 05 BRIGHT RED and 08 RED are not conformed to EN71-3.
