RC VID SERIES

PREFAC

RC VID SERIES is designed for label-printing of DVD. As shrinkage rate of the printed ink is low, the performance of DVD is not affected.As both curing and adhesion are good, RC VID can also be used on CD.

CHARACTERISTICS

• Excellent high-speed printability.
• Ink film is hard and resistant to abrasion.
• Skin irritation(P.I.I.) is low and it is easy to handle.

HOW TO USE

1. Ink is supplied in ready-to-use condition. Add 00 CLEAR to adjust density.
   Add VID REDUCER to adjust viscosity.
2. RC VID SERIES is not compatible with other RC SERIES.
3. Standard curing conditions:
   One metal halide lamp 120W/cm, (Integral light : approx.300mJ/cm²)
4. Mesh : 300-420 meshes/inch

PRECAUTIONS

1. RC VID SERIES is manufactured after receipt of the order. Normally ther is no stock.
2. 3 inks for thermal printer cannot be mixed with other standard colors.
3. Please refer to the information, "UV INK" for the general precautions for UV ink.
4. Please refer to MSDS before use.
5. Be sure to do trial print before commercial run to confirm that the product fits the purposes.

2. Weathering resistance changes depending on colors. Please refer to lightfastness chartbefore use. The weathering resistnace of smoke color and pale color is much inferior to that of standard color.
