3800 SERIES DRM INK

INTRODUCTIONS

3800 SERIES is fast drying semi-gloss ink which is suitable for roll-to-roll print. 3800 SERIES is excellent in printability, blocking resistance and adhesion. Adhesion to synthetic paper is especially good.

APPLICATIONS

Synthetic paper, vinyl stickers, rigid vinyl, coated paper

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Suitable for high-speed print without clogging on the screen.
  • Excellent resistance to alcohol, gasoline, oil and chemicals.
  • Excellent adhesion and blocking resistance.
  • Harmful materials such as heavy metal are not contained.

HOW TO USE

Dilute the ink with VINYL THINNER(fast drying, standard drying, slow drying). Use VINYL CLEANING THINNER for washing up. 200-300 meshes are recommended.

DRYING

3800 SERIES dries at room temperature although it depends on the substrate how long it takes to dry.
Ex. Complete drying(at 20°C(68°F)) when ink is diluted with 20% VINYL STANDARD DRYING THINNER.

  • Vinyl stickers : 5-10 minutes
  • Rigid vinyl : 10-30 minutes

COLOR RANGE & LIGHTFASTNESS

Standard 22 colors. 5-8 grades

TYPE OF PACKING

1kg-can

PRECAUTIONS

  1. CLEAR cannot be mixed with ordinary copper powder to make golden color as the ink gels. Please mix YELLOW with aluminum paste for golden color.
  2. Please refer to MSDS before use.
  3. Be sure to do trial print before commercial run to confirm that the product fits the purposes.

  1. Lightfastness changes depending on coating thickness and the purpose for which the printed matters are used. The value above was gained from lab test of exposing the printed matter to the south at 45 degrees. The value does not imply any guarantee.
  2. The value above are for dark colors. The lightfastness of pale colors are inferior to them.
