We stopped production of this SERIES INK. The following information is just for your reference.

INTRODUCTIONS

RC 40-M SERIES is UV curable pad printing ink with no solvent contained.

APPLICATIONS

Unprimed metal, primed metal

CHARACTERISTICS

• Ink film is hard to be resistant to abrasion. Solvent resistance is also good.
• Ink film is thick. Relief printing is possible.
• It is not necessary to adjust viscosity with solvent. Printing conditions can be kept stable, which is the advantage in successive printing.
• Ink can be easily wiped off in case of false prints, if it is not cured yet.
• Curing time is short, which means curing at low temperature.

HOW TO USE

	Thinner :	Unnecessary.
	Curing :	Metal halide lamp 120W/cm, Conveyor speed : 4-6m/min (One lamp : height-10cm)
	Washing :	Use VINYL CLEANING THINNER.
	Storage :	Store in a cool and dark place.
	Printing machine : The machine for UV ink is necessary. This kind of machine provides good finish.
	UV dryer :	Recommendable dryer - Metal halide lamp, The dryer which gives less infrared to prevent distortion of the substrate.

PRECAUTIONS

• Please refer to MSDS before use.
• Be sure to do trial print before commercial run to confirm that the product fits the purposes.
• We cannot supply pad printing ink in China due to the agreement we entered into.
