PAD-J SERIES

INTRODUCTIONS

J SERIES is designed for general plastics. J SERIES offers high quality with low price. The finish is gloss. Printability, gloss, adhesion and opacity are excellent. All colors are conformed to EN71-3.

APPLICATIONS

ABS, HI-PS, Rigid vinyl, Polycarbonate, Acryl.

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Excellent printability and gloss.
  • Ink film is tough and resistant to abrasion.
  • Resistant to alcohol, oil, gasoline and chemicals.
  • Superior adhesion.
  • All colors have good opacity, which makes it possible to print on colored substrate with no problem. All colors are conformed to EN71-3.

HOW TO USE

     Thinner : Use E THINNER or S THINNER(fast drying, standard drying, slow drying) by 10-30%.
Stir well before use.
   Drying : General properties can be obtained after 24-hour-drying at room temperature.
The drying continues on some substrates for another week, which improves properties.
   Washing : Use our #10 CLEANING THINNER.

PRECAUTIONS

  • J SERIES do not adhere to some kinds of PS well. H SERIES or V SERIES is recommended for these substrates.
  • Please refer to MSDS before use.
  • Be sure to do trial print before commercial run to confirm that the product fits the purposes.
  • We cannot supply pad printing ink in China due to the agreement we entered into.

  1. Lightfastness is much influenced by how thick the ink film is and how the printed matters are used. The figures above are measured by exposing the printed matters at 45 degrees to the south. The figures do not imply any guarantee.
  2. The above figures are measured for dark colors. The lightfastness of pale colors are inferior to them.
