VINI-MATT HALFTONE INK is for process color printing. Clogging does not occur on the screen. Ink film dries fast. Reproducibility is good and blocking resistance is also good.

1. Stability on the screen is good. Clogging does not occur even if the ink is left on the screen for 5 minutes at 25°C(77°F).
2. Ink film dries fast after print.
3. Adhesion and blocking resistance are good.
4. Excellent reproducibility.
5. Suitable for high-speed print such as cylinder press or roll-to-roll.
6. As transparency of all colors is excellent, yellow can be print last.
7. Good properties including resistance to oil, alcohol and chemicals.
8. Good lightfastness. Outdoor exposure stand : approx.1 year.

• Dilute the ink with VINYL THINNER(standard drying or slow drying).
• Add HALFTONE CLEAR to decrease density.
