RC M 47 SERIES is matt ink designed for general PVC, and suitable for high-speed printing. Ink film shows excellent performances in flexibility and curing. The price is reasonable. All colors are conformed to EN71-3.

1. Ink is supplied in ready-to-use condition. Stir well before use.
2. Add 47 REDUCER up to 20% to lower viscosity.
3. Add JA-244 and stir well to increase viscosity.
4. Add JAR-15 by 3% to shorten the curing time due to the degrading of the performance of the lamp or substrates.
5. Standard curing conditions (The conditions depend on the substrates.)
   One metal halide lamp 120W/cm, Distance from focus : 10 cm
   Conveyor speed : 15-20 m/min (Integral light : approx. 120-150 mJ/cm²)
6. Mesh : Polyester 300-350 meshes/inch, Thickness of sol : <10 microns
7. Use our VINYL CLEANING THINNER for washing up.

1. The viscosity changes depending on temperature. The printability in summertime is different from that in wintertime.
2. Skin irritation(P.I.I.) of each color is low (under 2.0). However, it is advised to avoid skin contact. In case of skin contact, please wash with soap and water immediately.
3. Store the ink in a cool and dark place. Stir occasionally to keep stability when the ink is stored for a long time.
4. Stir well before use as de-foamer might be separated.
5. Use RC VX 47 SERIES when weathering resistance is required.
6. Standard thickness of colored ink film is 10-12 microns. If the thickness exceeds 15 microns, insufficient curing may cause poor adhesion.

8. Be sure to do trial print before commercial run to confirm that the product fits the purposes.
